The Hadouken burst and the base both light up with USB-powered LED lights.  The Hadouken burst has 4 settings: Constant on, Fast pulse, Slow pulse, and Off; and the hand-numbered Base features 4-way spotlights. Includes AC to Micro-USB adapter.
